Probably my most favorite bead. Sometimes in those moments--the ones where time seems to stop, the ones where the most difficult decisions are made, emergencies are encountered, life and death is at stake--the only thing that a parent can do is remember to breathe. When my babies faced apnea and brady episodes, I remember singing the song "breathe" because that is all I wanted them to do. So this bead personally has a two fold meaning for me. Most of the time, during a term pregnancy, both baby and mom get to leave the hospital together ready to bond and grow together in the comfort of home and nursery.
